Delivery Service:

Delivery and pick-up service available to any local destination of your choice. Please email or call us for more information and fees.

Reservation Deposit:

$150 deposit is required to hold a reservation. This deposit will be applied towards the rental fee.

Insurance Information:

Plan A: Each renter can add the motorhome to their personal auto insurance policy for the rental period. The binder or endorsement should cover the vehicle and name The Village RV as an additional insured. In order to satisfy our requirements, the insurance provided must be full coverage to include comprehensive, collision and liability on a primary basis. Most insurance companies don’t charge extra for adding a motorhome rental.

Plan B: Each renter can purchase a motorhome rental insurance through our rental insurance company, at $17 a day for motorhomes, $6 for travel trailers and $3 for tent trailers. If interested, please ask for more information when making your reservation.

Cancellation Policy:

In the event of a cancellation, a cancellation fee of $100.00 will be deducted from the deposit, if the cancellation is made up to 60 days prior to the pickup date. If the renter cancels within less than 60 days from the pickup date or is a no show, there will be no refund of the down payment/deposit.
